These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made through www.silentwakeband.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale in full.
They complement our Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Products

We sell the Auralis Wake Band — a silent vibrating wristband alarm — and related accessories.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing tolerances.
The Auralis Wake Band is a consumer electronics and lifestyle product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

3. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Promotional offers, discount codes, and bundles are valid only for their stated period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing error. If a corrected price is materially higher than the price shown at checkout, we will contact you for confirmation before charging, or cancel and refund the order.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability, or breach of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize Oneiro Solution to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; we do not store full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily to the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Right to Return — 100-Night Guarantee

The Auralis Wake Band comes with a 100-Night Guarantee. If it isn't the right fit for your family, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy. That policy governs eligibility, return procedure, and refund timing.

8. Warranty & Defects

If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as set out in our Refund & Return Policy. This is in addition to any non-waivable legal guarantees applicable under your local consumer law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed appointments, oversleeping, or missed school or work, arising from product failure, a depleted battery, or misuse. The Auralis Wake Band is a consumer convenience product and should not be relied upon where a failure to wake could result in harm. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law
