The Auralis Wake Band is intended to be purchased by adults, including parents purchasing on behalf of their children.

3. Products, Pricing & Orders

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

By submitting your payment details, you authorize Oneiro Solution to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, to your selected payment method.

We do not store your full card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily to the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page and are not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
• We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information, customer absence, or carrier issues.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

We offer a 100-Night Guarantee. If the Auralis Wake Band isn't the right fit for your family, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.

7.1 Intended Use

The Auralis Wake Band is a consumer wristband alarm clock that wakes the wearer using a silent vibration on the wrist instead of sound. It is designed for everyday personal use by people who have difficulty waking to traditional sound-based alarms, including children and teenagers who are heavy sleepers. Use the product only as directed on the packaging, in the included instructions, and on our website.

7.2 Non-Medical Product Disclaimer

The Auralis Wake Band is a consumer lifestyle and electronics product. It is not a medical device. It is not registered with, cleared by, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any medical condition, disorder, or disability.

Auralis makes no medical, therapeutic, neurological, or diagnostic claims of any kind. The product is a simple vibrating alarm. It is not a treatment for, and is not intended to address, any sleep disorder, attention-related condition, developmental condition, sensory-processing condition, or any other health condition.

Any references on our website or in customer reviews to deep sleep, heavy sleeping, or difficulty waking describe ordinary, everyday experiences and are not medical statements. Customer testimonials and reviews are personal opinions reflecting individual experiences; they are not representative of typical results and are not medical outcomes. 7.3 User Responsibility

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

While most of our customers report a positive experience with Auralis, individual results may vary. Factors including individual sleep habits, depth of sleep, consistency of use, fit, and personal preference may affect the experience. We make no guarantee that the product will perform identically for every user.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
